The IP Number given here should NOT be the host's current IP Number, rather it should be an unregistered IP Number which you wish the host to have after it's relocation.
Moreover, this IP Number should be one which will work at the new location, if it is determined that the IP Number you have provided here is not appropriate for the host's new location, a different IP Number maybe assigned to your host.
